Veteran's Memorial is "breaking in!"
Seven concrete tee boxes!! More to come. Holes are diverse. Starting from the first hole, which is a wide open drive into confined trees, then on to the 2nd which is narrow and downhill, the course winds itself around the terrain smartly, never boring...
I am not a powerful thrower...yet.
I throw an Air Saint 148. It's a great gliding, soft turning disc that goes far! It is my "go to" disc on most tees under 350 feet.I also throw a GL River 169. It flies straight with minimum fade. I use it in narrow fairways inside 350 feet. Throw hardest...
Fools Fest and swapping tags..
It's almost impossible to swap in New England, it looks like there is only a few, or four?? So, we have to wait for travelers, or travel.
I can't do Fools's Fest because I work on Sundays! I am going to the Hop Head Fest at Hyland in Mass April 20...hoping to...
Trading tags
Josh, thanks for trading! Tommy you did well at FDR!
Anyone else coming up to Ct or Ma, let any of us know, maybe can work out trade. PM here, or PDGA, NEFA sites!

Air/Gold Line
I have two Air discs, a Bolt, and a Saint. Both are great discs. I also have a Gold Line River. This is a great disc that is being used more and more, the GL plastic is the best I have ever seen, held, or thrown!
I live in Fairfield, and regularly play Cranbury in Norwalk, and Veteran's Park in Bridgeport. I just swapped tags with Discgolfcrazy, from Long Island on Jan 20.
Looks like there are only two Travel tags in New England, mine, and 1 in Middleboro, MA?
Try and contact me here if you're headed...
I have an Air Saint, 149..it is an awesome disc. I got it on what I read sbout it only. I only wanted a disc that would fly farther than my Glide. It does! When I get it right it goes as far as any disc I have tossed. It may not stay to the right (RHBH) as the Glide, but it is easy to...
Crazy, I have tag 41...I see you have Cranbury on your wish list. I play Bridgeport Veteran's Park a few times a week, and Cranbury a few times a month. If you ever want a place to stay, contact me. Let's travel these tags!

JT..I have tag 41...do you ever come down our way? I am in CT and always can be found on either the Veterans Park course in Bridgeport, or Cranbury in Norwalk, CT! I want to travel my tag. There aren't many folks around here with them...only you my brother!
I have had absolutley no luck with most DM discs. I started with the DD2 Frenzy in BC plastic. I liked what I read, but had seen none. Still see none locally. I was new after 30 years of a layoff. I couldn't make it fly well, then I lost it. Then I bought a DD Hysteria. That one was...
I haven't seen anything here near me, in CT. Give me a shout if there are tagholders nearby! We'll be playing all winter here in the new "Globally Warmed" northeast!
I was throwing the X1 plastic Bolt. It was a great driver for me, not into the wind, but anything else. 172G. I was so impressed I got the Air Bolt. Way too flippy for even me, who can't throw over 325 feet. It is lighter at 167 or so. The quality is great though. I love the Opto Air...
Lace, new last week. Very impressive disc, so much so I ordered three more Vibram discs, an Ibex big mid-ranger, and two soft putters...a Summitt, and a Sole. Not sure I like the soft feel, but will have to judge when I throw 'em today! What about the mold mark on the perimeter...it's more...
I forgot to mention, my blizzard champion discs, I have three, all starting to break away at the edges, 'cuz the bubbles leave gaps...maybe it's better that way so it breaks in, but they are really breaking!
So, Opti Air...sounds like the way to go for any air being added...right? Good job Lat64!
I just ordered, and it should be in my hand tomorrow, a new Opti AIR Saint! Color unknown, but it should be a bright one! I have been using a Bolt in experimental plastic, I don't throw that hard yet, but I will, it flies far for me, but now is turning over very quickly...it's all beat up. I...
When I first started playing in '76, we used regular store bought Wham-O discs. Then, I discovered Wham-O golf discs, joined PDGA and got discs with my name and number! I still have them... A couple anyway. Then I loaded up with Glow 40, 50, and 70 molds! Some flew straight, some right and...
