Ive been told atleast 4 to 5 holes are still unplayable

My buddy played lewisville today. Holes 3,7 are unplayable. Hole 17 is now a 360 ft water carry lol.

Hole 3 is playable but the basket is 2 feet from the water and you better be sure of your RHFH or RHBH sky anny. The basket for #7 has been removed and hole 17 is down to about a 300 foot water carry. Only one way into the park still off Turtle Trail by the apartments.

My father-in-laws black first run Ranger bag full of his discs were stolen in a smash and grab in Lewisville last night. If anyone sees anything pm me please.

I looked at waterdatafortexas.org and noticed that Lake Lewisville is now less than 4-1/2 feet over its conservation pool. The flooded holes should be emerging. Has anyone been out there this week?

Thanks. Lake Lewisville is obviously my favorite course to play in the summer. Disc golf and a swim in the lake make for a fun afternoon. I (we) miss it in the rotation.

Word on fbook is the city has approved an 11-hole course in Oak Cliff, I'm guessing near the Bishop Arts district.

That will be pretty convenient when I am at work, hopefully it all works.

That course will be at Founders Park which is not far at all from Bishop Arts District. Plus there should be some nice views of the Dallas skyline from the park. I might have to grab a pizza at Eno's after playing a round or two there.

I hope they have it in by the end of fall. Founder's Park is close to my job, so I'll be able to get a quick round in after work.

I haven't been there lately, but Lake Grapevine is still flooded more than 10 feet over conservation pool. I doubt the park is open to the public.

Wanna say there was a Facebook post saying the park would be closed til atleast October for repairs. They were asking for volunteer days to help

The article at the link quoted above now says the course was NOT approved and that they reported in error. Bummer.
