The kid accepted the terms of the deal when he snatched the money out of his hand.
It's sort of absurd to argue about the morality and social ramifications of an episode that took about 40 seconds to transpire.
There will be no changing that kid - he'll be a peckerwood until he learns a much harder lesson and decides to change by himself.

Several of us think there was a misunderstanding in that. The deal had changed when he found the second disc, I dont believe the kid understood that, I think that the kid just thought he was getting shafted.
