I've found that i tend to use 2 complimentary discs in the various ranges. As a generalized method, this works well for me as i throw FH and BH - I do have to carry a few extra discs to cover the full range of discs, but these are the couplets i've found work well for me and cover most shots. I am also very critical at minimizing my bag and reducing overlap.

Short Approach & Putter: Rhyno / XD (or Aviar)
Approach: Roc / Buzzz
Mid Fairway: Eagle (Or Teebird) / TL
All Purpose Driver: Orc / Valkyrie
Driver: New Boss (as OS & FH) / Destroyer

What couplets have you found work well together?

Putter: beat aviar/ fresh aviar
Mid: beat roc / fresh roc
fairway: beat eagle / fresh eagle
driver: beat valk / fresh valk

i tend to fall in these lines as well - sometimes even triplets (overstable - neutral - understable)

}} Rhyno - new SSS Wiz - beat SSS Wiz
}} Roc(newish)/Buzzz - Fuse(newish) - Stingray
}} XXX - Tbird/River
}} Predator - Valk - Vision
}} Destroyer - Wraith - Havoc

Putter: Ion/Summit
Middie: Pain/Fuse
Driver: Eagle/Leopard

magic/wizard
seasoned dx roc/new dx roc
seasoned dx gazelle/seasoned glo champ gazelle
glo champ whippet/exp-1
seasoned pro destroyer/new pro destroyer

Good way to look at it. I'll be changing up my driver mix when some of deals come in the mail.

I'm not happy with my midrange "pair." The Fuse is great though. Perhaps an Eagle would be useful.

Champ Rhyno/Gripline Pure
Goldline Fuse/DX Cheetah (not happy with the feel of the Cheetah)
Tourney Plastic Sword/DX Valkyrie/Champ Starfire

I should add that I sometimes sub out the Cheetah for a DX Shark. It's a bit light so I loan it out whenever a newbie comes out with me.

Does anyone use a Wasp? Just wondering how that flies.
