I filmed myself when I first started, I didn't laugh because it was so sad. More like deep shame.
Having said that.
1-stop the X-step and work on throwing flat-footed or one-stepping. X-stepping can mask form flaws to a new player. If you stand still, you can FEEL the flow of the throw better.
2-don't practice on an incline or decline, it can mess up your release point whenyou're just practicing straight throws.
Last, keep working at it. Practice makes perfect.
 
Armpit thrower! Very bad habit! Must break now!

What do you think causes an armpit throw and how does it effect the disc? Getting the arm out of the way is good right? Maybe the arm should rotate back and out of the way to help improve form? It seems like I heard it makes your discs/throws understable.

And it's not nice to make fun of people just starting out. :thmbdown:
