I filmed myself when I first started, I didn't laugh because it was so sad. More like deep shame.
Having said that.
1-stop the X-step and work on throwing flat-footed or one-stepping. X-stepping can mask form flaws to a new player. If you stand still, you can FEEL the flow of the throw better.
2-don't practice on an incline or decline, it can mess up your release point whenyou're just practicing straight throws.
Last, keep working at it. Practice makes perfect.
