Going to be moving to Fargo

I'm going to be moving to Fargo nd area. Who on here plays up there, and what's the best courses near by

Its been 18 years since I've been to Fargo. Oak Grove Park is a nice course that's been there since the late 70s. Detroit Lakes and Grand Forks both have courses and they're both within an hours drive.

I hope you get connected with some under the radar private courses, and/or you don't mind driving a bit. Map shows what appear to be a few quality courses in the area, but not a good variety.

haha what everybody else said. I used to live up there, if you want any information on the leagues up there, check out http://frolfware-bagtag.pbworks.com/w/page/8376340/FrontPage also i know they have league every Wednesday night. There is a big push there to develop new courses at the moment, mainly headed by Joey Schmit.

I know people that truly love living in Fargo, I can't say that they're completely sane, but for the right person it is the perfect city.

I can't say anything about the DG scene, maybe I'll stop in and check it out someday. Take a road trip across the state to Patterson lake someday, Great course. Also, St. Cloud, MN could make a great weekend trip.

This. St Cloud area has some great courses, and I haven't even played them all. Hidden Lake in St Augusta and Mayhew Creek in Sauk Rapids are awesome!
