Help with distance

I'm a 64 year old male who has been playing for about a year. I've tried several different things with my backhand throw, but just can't seem to get any distance. On average, I throw about 175 to 200 feet. Anyone have some tips for a geezer? Thanks.

^^ thats good advice. I would also suggest, a short video of a few throws. Complete with what discs you threw and about how far.

A couple questions:

1) What do you primarily throw for distance (what mold, plastic, and weight)?

2) How does the disc fly when you throw it? (Does it go real high then stall? Does it stay low and fade out hard? Does it turn over and roll?)

3) Have you studied Beto's Backhand Drill?
