Just a hello from Neosho, Missouri. My wife and I frequent a park a couple of miles from my house and I saw some guys playing disc golf. I had wondered about it for years, but saw enough people playing I got some starter discs.
Obviously I was hooked and have bought several discs since late last summer and have been working on technique. I bought a portable basket for the backyard. I'm blessed that this part of the country has several nearby places to play in Missouri, Oklahoma, Arkansas and Kansas.
I started out just chucking the discs. Now I'm trying to get more serious about technique. I'm going to Kansas City in a couple of weeks, so I will visit the Dynamic Discs store there, and will make my way to Emporia, KS at some point.
