My friend and I have begun work on cutting some holes on his land!! We've got 2 holes done, and vision for 3-4 more easily.

And of the basket placement!

The last 70 feet of the hole goes down, up, down and way back up to the basket. It seems there were piles of dirt or something dumped back here, quite unnatural ground. We also found an old discarded fire extinguisher under some leaves. It got hung on a nearby tree.

How to enter:
Please submit original photos/artwork to [email protected]. Limit of one submission per email - you can send us more than one email though. Images can only be submitted by the actual photographer/artist and should be at least 2000 x 1300 pixels or croppable to a landscape version that is 2000 pixels wide. If any non-INNOVA sponsored players are shown, releases may be required if images are selected for use. INNOVA is not responsible for undeliverable or misdirected submissions. INNOVA reserves the right to use submissions received in any INNOVA promotional materials and all photographers/artists will be properly credited. All submissions must be received by 11:59PM September 30th, 2013. INNOVA employees, contractors and their families may submit photos, but are not eligible to win prizes. I remembered this about a week too late.... so many good photos this year.

Here's a hole at a local private course!! Downhill from the teepad, with a left to right fairway. Tall trees guard the river long and straight, but if you overshoot the basket, you're either in the river or over it! I hate this hole!!!!

I gave my son my camera, put it in sport mode, and told him to snap away. This was a good shot; I just wish he would have framed it differently where I would have been on the right and the basket on the left would be in view. It would show (the potential) movement better by focusing the viewer's eye on the intended path of the disc. Oh well, still a great picture overall.

However, what makes it one of my favorite pictures is the result after colorizing it with the colorsplash app on my iPad.

The final result of our league's Year End Event. I love playing with my colorizing Color Splash app; I have made some incredible and creative pictures. While I still like this one, if I scrutinize it a little too much I can almost trick my eye into thinking I simply cut and paste me on top of everyone else. Oh well, I like how I stand out with the colors I was wearing that day.
