The Dye A Day Thread! (Part II)

Finally got a chance to dye one for my bag. Opto Fuse.

My Newest. It was on a slightly yellowish clear disc and the rim (meant to be light blue) came out darker than desired. I also had a little accident which left the some black splatter.

Thanks! It was a dip. I still don't know if I do it right. I mix up my powder and water (random amounts each time) I turn it on the lowest setting on the stove and when its pretty warm I drop the disc in. It usually takes 5-20 minutes for the color to take. Thought that blue rim on the yellowish disc took hours. The mix was pretty weak cause I was trying to get a lighter blue. All it seemed to do was take longer for a dark blue to take. :confused:

Tips always appreciated.
 
i usually heat slowly until there's a tiny bit of steam then i put her in the dip.....looks like your doing it right!! keep it up man!!
