I played in a tournament last year with the temperature at 34 degrees with 25 to 30 mph winds. Just as everyone was finishing the first round, it started to rain. Then, when the second round did start, it began to sleet, rain AND snow, all at the same time with the same temperature and winds. Needless to say we all were cold and wet by the time it was done. I was smart and brought a rain jacket which helped a lot, but it didn't stop the cold.
Mine would be any of the Buckhorn Opens I've played in. They've all been windy, cold and miserable. A guy on my card in 08 putted the whole round with a firebird.

It's not me in the video, and I wimped out that day so I cannot claim playing in those conditions myself. But it is my local course.
