How about this one, a 10/10 176g Old Roc Misprinted with a raven stamp on top of a Beaver Open stamp?

Sorry for the huge pics.

anyone?

what is the going rate for an 8/10 yellow 180g 2002 CE roc, ink on inner rim and my ink on back of plate about 2inx2in? stamp is in perfect condition, no gouges, very stable still...

I would guess at least $250, probably closer to $300 or more.

I saw one on ebay last week that couldn't have been more than 6/10, covered with ink, and sold for like $120.

Any more opinions on this one? I am going to be listing it for sale soon either here or on ebay and I am trying to decide where to price it. thanks.

What kind of roc are we dealing with here? Is it a rancho or an ontario or a san marino tooling even. I wouldn't expect this roc to have any real collector value but it could have excellent thrower value plus a bonus for the cool miss stamp.

It is a rancho. I dont expect it to necessarily have a collectable value, but I would expect that as most old rocs do it would bring in a premium on what current rocs are selling for. The marking and feel of this disc speak to its age, although I do not know exactly what year its from.

Wait a minute. I misread, I thought that CE Roc you were asking about was a 2001 CE Roc.....

2002 is a whole other story. I've already made a fool of myself so I'll just remove myself from the discussion.

i think a member on here was selling them for 35shipped. and sold 2 of 4

I sold two of my SAN MARINOS... there were only 75 Rancho's made. I would hold onto it for a year or two to see if prices go up.. or you will kick yourself. I paid $85 for my rancho and much less for my san marinos

Trickiest one out there to price. I see some new for $420 on ebay and some new for $280 on ebay... and none of them sell at those prices (talking about the orange ones). Then again it's ebay so I don't even know why I am speaking to begin with. If you are really looking for an opinion then I guess I will give you a price, even though I know I will end up getting flamed... $150-ish I would imagine if it were orange. But in your case the color is a bit more rare so anyone looking to buy one would most likely dish out some extra cash for it. I've seen yellow ones sell for over $200 mint in the past, so maybe even more by now. I guess if I were selling it I would expect it to fall in the $200 range in slightly used condition. Just figured I would try to help since no one else replied.

any idea fellas?

probably $20-25? I've seen one on ebay pop up a couple times and it didn't sell at $35 shipped and still hasn't sold at $30 shipped, of course it isn't max weight but I still can't see it being worth too much more.

So I picked up a large lot of discs and these interested me

The MRV and the XS are both heavy, the MRV has ink. MRV is about 8/10 XS is 7/10. Haven't seen this pattern before was wondering if it was the swirl that people dig so much.

Doubt the First run Puma at 7/10 is worth much but have to ask since it's in the pic :)

Bump for a quote.

I know this crush is worth more than what I paid for it (ty PIAS), but i was just wondering if it was anything special. Pearly 173g (scaled) solid 8/10.

no and i have an orange one i'll sell to you for 10 shipped.

they are nice just not a lot of value to them. the discraft curse.

ya stamp can hurt or make it on that
Factory fly dye Wasp tooled buzz marked 173g 10/10
its also bad weight.

cool disc though, auction might fetch more

How about a first run (no flight #'s on back) Vibram X-Link V.P. scaled at 176.1 ~ I'd say it's a high 7 or 8 on the sleepy scale (minor scuffs ~ no major dings or nicks)

You paid $85 for a rancho Shoestring Roc? I better take a second look at the one I have at home... I could've sworn it was a rancho but I definitely didn't pay that much for it.
