Best disc youve ever lost...?

Not counting 3-4 discs that have gone into the Como Lake Abyss...

Last summer I lost a champ Leopard on a wooded but clear fairway. I'm quite sure it simply vaporized, because I saw where it went and looked for almost half an hour in a 50' square. It's the only disc loss I really feel defeated by.

I am tellin' you shirfan, that thing didnt vaporize; I am betting that thing rolled for another 100 feet before it came to rest!

I saw I guy I was playing with (@ Reedy Creek here in Charlotte) throw his RHBH with a little to much "anny" on it.... I SAW that thing land about 130 feet in the brush to the right as we lost sight of it. As he was looking for his disc I walked up to where I had driven mine (about another 130 feet past his) and laying there next to mine (but now on the LEFT side of the fairway) was a leopard that I thought somebody else had lost... it was his..... I was dumbfounded:eek:. I started to believe in magic/spacewarps right then and there. I was thinking: there was NO WAY that thing rolled out of that thick brush....

The disc I miss the most is a bottom stamped dx roc that was beat perfectly for long slow turnovers. I left it behind and the only other guy playing the course picked it up and went home with it...

I lost my Sidewinder the other day. Griplocked it into a field of grass. Tall grass. But I did find a DX destroyer in its place. Maybe I can make a trade...

My very first champ wraith or my star destroyer that I got my first ace with or my star wraith that I lost the day after getting my second ace with it.

The first disc I learned how to throw a 167 Valk about 30 degrees in the wrong direction right off a stickerd cliff into a stream possibly, will never know RIP

Losing ace discs would suck, I almost lost my ace roc, but I love the way it flies too much to take it out of the bag.

Perfectly beat-in tie-dyed Champ Teebird. Damn tie-dyes and their camouflage.

True story, I've lost all three tie-dyed discs I've owned, two eagles and a beast, I won't be getting any more tye-dies.

I found a Champion Tie-dyed Teebird at N. Cabarrus Park here in the Charlotte area. This thing could blend in with almost any brush. I traded it right then and there to a friend for a Star Destroyer: probably the wisest trade I have ever made. I wont buy tie-dyed discs due to their "lose-ability" factor!

172g First Run Champion Boss (Crystal Blue)

I lost the same exact disc. I miss my baby. It went left off the fairway of #8 at Manor.

I recently lost my other baby. It was a 175 Champion Destroyer (CFR) Cinco De Flyo stamp. Stuck in the top of a huge Oak on #14 at Circle C. Where's thepatrick's wife when you need her.

Two for me.

One, my perfectly beat in ESP Force. (Curse you, Como.)

Two, I left my putter in 18's basket for the first time ever. GONE.

=/

My most personal disc I lost was a Z Reaper that had been my number 1 driver for years. I lost it on a beautiful throw on a ski mountain course in New Jersey. Note to future self, don't throw your favorite disc down a mountain when the grass is almost chest high...

The most annoying loss I ever had was when I finally decided to try a Buzzz and I got an ESP FLX and was screwing around with it on the practice field and I turned it over too much and it ended up on top of this little ampitheatre...I was literally 3 throws into the disc before I lost it. I then went back to my Roc and it was months before I would try the Buzzz again:)

150g orange rubber 4x JK Aviar-x. Only one like it I've ever seen. Luckily, it found its way back to me a few months later (& I still have it to this day).
