Thank you for your input...its 2am and im on my iphone. My apologies my frustration wasnt a perfectly written assessment piece for your approval.

Never noticed that litle line at the bottom, my invoice shows the weights i ordered...which does not match up with what i have.

I wasnt sure if id stick with them or pay more via dd after the last order...but now im quite sure its my best move. I just really enjoyed being the advocate for their product over here and providing an extensive range at good prices, in weights people want!

Screw the little guy...

So much anger.

I tend to agree with Aim: If you're that worried that you can't move nine discs, maybe you shouldn't be ordering in bulk. I hardly think railing on MVP because you didn't read the fine print is called for, but maybe that's too rational of a response.

I wish MVP released their disc like on a Tuesday or Wednesday. I don't like having to wait the weekend to get the disc

Zam mentioned the reason behind the Friday releases.

I'm too lazy to dig it up though. Maybe he'll chime in.

ya know, randomly opening a tab and finding this as the newest post does NOT help me look like I do anything besides click DGCR.

but here I am with an answer.

Friday release day allows for the entire week prior, from (sometimes) Friday/Sat or Monday, to ship out across the country. Many places get them Weds, some Thurs. The goal is to allow everyone a fair shot at selling it on release day, including allowing time for the dealer to enter them into inventory. I believe in the past MVP has sanctioned some pre-order ship outs with a dealer's Thursday outgoing, as those packages are processed over night and begin their journey in earnest the next day. In some cases Thursday would be a more ideal ship/release day, but that complicates the lead time necessary to ship to the dealer.

Subtly, and I realize not everyone has this luxury, it favors the local brick and mortar shop. Walk out with one on Friday. This isn't the primary intent, but in the grand scheme of trying to even the playing field, it's cool to give the slight edge to physical pro shops.

or something.

100 bucks worth of discs gathering dust....thats not ok at all.

I missed the fine print sure but jt shoujd not exist and they ate so off the mark. I will lose my single best customer over this so of course im upset.

The response and care factor of a company i am fighting for is why the anger is there. Looks like an mvp clearance sale next event

Well, if you have a customer who can't understand when ordering things like this that the company as fine print, then it seems like they weren't really a best customer. If you tell them you are switching companies and this won't happen again and they don't come back, it seems like someone I wouldn't want to sell to.

and really, you admit to not reading the fine print, how is this anyway MVP's fault?

Really, you can't sell 5-6 MVP discs? You should be able to blow that out on eBay or the marketplace. And if you are worried about $100 of product, you need a new business.

^I kind of feel his pain, discs shipped like 12k miles, well off desired weight, kind of sucks.

Just tell people "you know how far these things fly?" Sell like hotcakes.

9 discs out of my order were underweight, with 3 new discs i had already presold to my best customer coming in around the 150 class...when i ordered 170s and a 160. My customers are very weight specific so i now have 9 discs i cant sell for the most part.

Perhaps you shouldn't sell something you don't have in hand. MVP is very clear weight preference on an order is subject to availability.

So I've got an awesome video for all you MVP heads coming late tonight hopefully.

Me and my buddy emptied our bags and threw Winthrop Golds with one watermelon Envy each, 2 Proton Inertias and 2 Neutron Clashes. Threw some awesome shots, just about to start editing!

Don't get angry. Get savy. I'm sure it's just a bump on the rode to whatever you're trying to do. Good luck. I'm sure you're feedback is heard along with others and MVP will continue to try to do what's best for the most. If that don't work for you now maybe it will in the future. If not good luck with the custies anyway.

Wow such anger!

I am the small guy trying to promote them as i did believe in them.

You do know wholesale orders start at 32 discs right? If u ordered 32 discs and 9 were off, would that be ok??

I never promised my guy weight, but said i have some on the way that i had ordered. What people dont know is that mvp encouraged me to delay my original order by a week in order to wait for the new releases to add to it!

I ordered them right away when it came out...and those are the ones that were most underweight...the discs they emcouraged me to purchase. Thats the main reason im so frustrated.

Clearly none of you have ever run a small business... Ebay and marketplace are useless to me as well. I pay way more shipping then anyone else so expecting the right discs to be shipped shouldnt be a big deal. I only get what i can sell...and in this market, lighter expensive discs are unsellable as ladies and juniors are small in number and spending money.

oh it's happened and I didn't come running here to let everyone know... :D
(actually much worse than just some discs in the wrong weight)
I keep ordering too-- must be nuts!

I understand your frustration man, but let me say MVP Discs in lighter weights are not the same as other companies. They loose just a bit of stability against max weight, but the flights are very similar. I love Resistors and have one @ 153g, 167g, and 172g. All 3 fly like a resistor should but the fade kicks in a little later as you go down from 172g to 153g. That's quite a swing in weight. You shouldn't have to think they will only be useful to kids and ladies. Open minds find open doors, just sayin. Good luck to ya and hope it all works out. Sick As Bro, Peace

Got these yesterday. I'll be going out and testing them during lunch.
170g Inertia and 169g Clash

I've never had or seen that yellow in person before. Wow.

I have an Envy in that yellow/lime green neon color with a blaze orange rim, in bright sunlight you literally can't look at it without squinting.. best color option from MVP other than their Hot Pink, imo.
