Man that course looks like a military slogan...
Its not just a course, its an adventure.
You should have cut the grass and topsoil out of that tee before installing those pavers. That's going to settle later on as the grass rots.
Man I want to come back to play this course again...
If you install pavers in the future, I highly recommend the Brock PaverBase system.
I did the side walkway to my backyard 5 years ago. Still no shifting or settling, and not a single blade of grass has ever grown through it. I've done pavers the old way, and the Brock panels are way better.

Looks like a fun course & great use of the terrain would be an understatement.
I spent a lot of the fall and winter clearing out and cleaning up the woods behind the house so we could put in a circuit trail. We put off doing steps down the hill since 6x6s are $50 a pop right now, but at least the blackberry bushes, vines, & most of the other annoying stuff is all gone. Have been throwing at a plastic garbage can from a few spots, but at most could put in 3-4 holes tops.
Wish you were closer as I actually enjoy doing that kind of work and would be happy to help.
I've got some friends in Huntsville that if I get out to see them some time this summer will let you know if you want.
