The Inevitable 2022 Pros Switching Sponsors Thread

Same friend that got his car repoed?

Nope. That guy didn't play any disc golf before he died.

*it was technically his girlfriend's car that got repoed since she was the one who bought it with a bad check, but that's another story for another thread

Care to expand on that? What was Joel doing that was so bad?

very emotoional/vocal aobut his play. At dglo he threw a bad shot. as soon as he throws it, he starts bantering about how he is the worst player at the tournament. How did he just throw a shot that bad etc etc while jamming **** in his bag. saw it happen a few times that round.

This sounds like it can be any of at least 10 players on tour, probably more.

Kinda funny because McBeth is pretty much the same way. You don't really hear him actively pitching stuff but his name moves more plastic than anybody else.

Yea, I like the beast as well. The only thing that gets me about him is the videos he does with the foundation guys. They seem too fake and for the likes to me. Simon does it as well but he comes off a lot more genuine. At least to me.

Simon is like a little kid asking you to buy a coupon book.

McBeth has other people pushing his stuff for him.

Ricky is like, "Go to the Innova Factory Store and buy my Pig and ace every shot like me. HahahahaHAHAHAHAHAHAHAhahahahaha yeah."

Calvin is just like, "Destroyer."

Considering that TSA only has about 6 molds out., I wonder if Matt will be able to throw MVP discs since they produce the discs for TSA?

One of the TSA guys stated Bell can use an open bag on a reddit thread.

I'm wondering if that'll change in the future when they have a full line of discs.

Fun for TSA, they only have a handfull of molds but the discs are all very good.

He needs an OS mid type disc and a fast driver, the rest he can use TSA discs for

I'd imagine it's only a year deal or so. Don't think they'll have a full line out while he's signed with them.

Well you have to remember the Foundation guys are basically Youtubers/amateur players and Paul is actually a professional athlete. I like those guys, for being Youtubers and amateur players they're pretty cool, at least they get the pros out and help make content happen.

Simon is awesome, IMO he's the best Youtuber of the pro dgolfers. He's becoming as much of a professional Youtuber as he is a discgolfer. Considering all the things he is good at I'm not surprised. I think his channel would be even bigger if he had time to invest into other things on his channel he's good at like gaming, music, darts, disc golf/form teaching, beer culture and pool. Perhaps when he starts touring less that might be an avenue.

Considering the absolute douchebaggery that goes on in other professional sports like basketball for example I think our pros are pretty darn cool.

Agree on branching out on YouTube channel topics. There are some widely popular channels that have several subtopics. Some people come for the one type, others for another, or some people just like whatever the dude (or dudette) puts out.

this sounds like everyone of my rounds.

I need to practice being more fun and lighthearted instead of, "oh yeah, great throw, me. I only hit two trees? I bet I can kick even further into the creek on this next shot!"
And
"Watch how far I can skip off the top of the basket on this 20 footer!"

They actually both play MPO.
