Grip EQ large bag

Don't care about the colors, they should update the bag. Thing needs moar storage...

New here to the forums and not gonna wade through 100+pages but just to put this out there......

Heard from a very large and reputable disc supplier along with a pro who has no reason to lie that when they demo'd this bag it was nice at first then they had issues with the bottom wearing too fast. Decided it was cheaper and as effective to put cheap disc dividers in a regular school backpack. Just what I heard from them.

I like my innova discarrier with quad shocks.

That was remedied with the second run of bags. Do you know which run of bag they had?

I don't but this was a shop guy telling me about a local pro who absolutely hated his. It sounded like the pro got a very early demo bag before the public. This was the first negative thing I heard about them and I imagine you are right that they have already fixed this issue. The shop guy is a player but also a salesmen so the fact they didn't have one to sell me might be the reason he told me the story. I'm out of the bag market for now but I could seriously see this being my next bag. A new pair of Keen's with the disc golfer toe mold is my next purchase though and those are like $110 so I'll have to live with my innova bag full of discraft discs.

I don't think LSDiscs or DD carries them, and I don't know anyone in Emporia that has one, but Justin lives in Lawrence, and I'm sure a few folks have them there. You can always come to KC to see one; I know at least 5 people that have the new run here.

Yeah DD doesn't carry them and I've never seen any players here use one. I know who demo'd the bag and I'm sure you can guess but I'm not a name dropper and honestly it doesn't matter who it was. It was just a couple guys shooting the ****.

If you see someone in Emporia lugging around a giant ass bag it's probably me. Everyone else seems to be a travel bag or hand carrier type of guy. I like my giant grab bag of endless molds and plastics. :D

I try not to be a name dropper, but I did see Justin's prototype in April 2010, and have seen it greatly improve from the 1st to the 2nd run. I think those who got the both runs can testify to the increase in workmanship and quality.

There are a number of local pros as well as a couple of regional pros in KC that have these bags, and none of them have broken down yet.

the new designs/colors cost a lot more....i cant decide if i want to shell out the extra dough or just take a black/gray one.

I'm on that list, but $300 is just highway robbery for a signature. I don't care if Jesus signed that bitch! So I guess black it is.

better quality
better warranty.
better build design.
more thought out.
one of a kind.
half the price.
ill stick to mine.

HOLY SHEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEET (of paper)!!!!!!!!!!

I was all gung-ho and pumped to get a Nate Doss red/black ... I can justify $200 by selling my Voodoo Mojo, Mini Basket, and Xmas money for the rest ... but $300?!?!?!

They definitely are. I should know I have it. and have seen and been around plenty of grip bags and regardless $300 for a bag is never justified
