Bag building challenge

Not sure how many people nerd out on selecting the perfect discs for a minimal but flexible bag setup, but it's been an obsession of mine for a while. So I'm interested in seeing what other folks would do with my constraints.

The rules:

1. Nine molds maximum: putting putter and two each of throwing putters/tweeners, mid, fairway, and distance.

2. Can carry at most two different plastics for each mold.

3. In each category (mid, fairway, etc.), all molds must have the same rim width. (This is the hard part.)

4. The discs in each category should cover every shot from under to overstable.

5. Optional condition: all molds in each category must be made by the same company.

Here are two examples:

I'm trying to get this perfect, I have a couple more discs in the bag but those are utility and I barely throw em.

Beat in Gold Saint Pro & Fresh Opto Saint Pro

These are the discs I throw multiple times every round, could even do without the Flow's on my local mostly wooded course.

Ps. I got an 330' arm, with more speed things would go towards more OS I bet.

Strangely, the Buzzz and Buzzz OS have different rim widths (1.2 v. 1.3).

I don't know anything about RDG. What are the Scale and Serpent like?

I think Warrant is 1.4 and EMac Truth is 1.5.

I don't think the rim widths are the same for any of these.

This is good, but I think Sentinel and Comet are different rim widths (1.3 v. 1.2) and FD and Presator are different for sure (1.8 v. 1.9).

The Shield interests me. Can you throw annys with it? I do think it has a smaller rim than the Harp, though.

I don't know anything about the Traveler. Stable? Overstable?

You did, and this is a nice setup. I don't think I have the arm for the Ape, though. The Envy-Proxy pairing seems perfect to cover approaches, but I do worry about getting enough turn out of the Proxy.

As I've researched this, it seems to me that the Prodigy guys were having the same thoughts. Their lineup makes sense from a consistency standpoint. All categories of discs have the same rim widths.

Having fairways and control drivers is cheating, but that's a good bag. Does a fresh Opto Saint Pro hold up to wind?

Sure nuff, I misread the numbers. Warrant is actually 1.2 according to Infinite Discs. When I checked the numbers for the EMac I saw a 1.2 and thought I was good, but that's the EMac's rim depth.

Let me try again.
