Seems pretty smart to me. The JLS and OLF are two of the best discs ever made.

Dare I dream of a fairway driver that stays balls straight or at will, with adding power, does not "flip" but slowly turns predictably to the right, possibly straightening but not fading back. And takes a healthy dose of wind without freaking out. AND does this out of the box and stays the same unless driven over with a dumper truck.

And all this at my power level (~350). Mr Sandman, bring me a dream!

Since I just got one, I don't know about the durability... that's why I just bought two more. Lightning prostyle HX-2

Good luck finding them. It seems that Lightning is going away. The prostyle HX-2 is a sweet disc that does exactly what you described above. Someone needs to buy this mold from them.

I could see a use for qjls mold in star plastic. Sounds good to me.

I dont see why they would send the qjls for approval just becasue its different plastic.

different name. JLS vs QJLS. the specs are different because of how the Q plastic molded up, flashing, etc. same mold, promise.
