Planning a trip to Finland for June 2022

(maybe hit Sweden as well depending on time limits)

Any Finns able to recommend courses? (there's a Udisc article that talks about courses around Helsinki so what I choose will be based on that as well)

A trip up to Tampere obviously (rent a car or take the train)

Things to see and do other than golf?
Foods to try?
Drinks?
