I carry 21 discs and on Saturday and Sunday on my local course I try to play both the Blue and Orange tees. I used each one at least once over the weekend. I try to let the disc do the work and concentrate on consistent form.

I'm curious what I said several months ago when I voted on this. I have since acquired a bunch more discs, and I derive enjoyment from throwing as many as possible. Now I would probably fall between 13 and 18...

Typically :
2 Destroyers
2 Max
1 Teebird
1 Firebird
2 Whippets
1 Cro
1 Blowfly
1 other (Banshee, 2nd Firebird,...)

11 different discs is a typical round.

My answer varies too much to vote. Sometimes 2 or 3, sometimes 15. Who knows. Depends on the course, the conditions, and how I'm feeling that day.

I voted 7-9 being used on an average round. I carry 17 total (Grip) and I like to set up my bag so that I'm prepared for any course and any kind of wind. Currently wanting to eliminate an OS mold (Crush, Firebird, Resistor, Zone) because I want to become more familiar with fewer. Which one should I drop?

I voted 10-12 with the assumption that I am carrying my full bag (17-20). Unless there is a very diverse course or conditions change during the round there usually are a small handful of discs not used.
If its very windy start to finish I likely only throw 6-7 discs.

Out of my 20 carried disks, these are the 8/9 I use every round.

1. Star Wraith
2. Champ Firebird
3. Champ Teebird
4. Dx Roc
5. Tangent
6. Classic Soft Judge (for straight to US throws)
7. Scale (for straight to OS upshots)
8. Organic Wizard (putting)
9. If there's wind my champ thunderbird gets used for sure too.

Varies really depending on course rate, terrain, weather and normal factors.

(P) Summit, Ridge, VP
(M) Ibex, Obex
(FW) Vamp, Trak, Arch, Valley
(D) OLace, Lace, unLace

Some days only 3 others 12 or more.

About 12 if I have the occasional need for get out of trouble discs. Probably 10 on a perfect day.
Soft or SS Wizard for putting (depending on weather)
Soft Judge (Wavy flight plate)
N Soft Envy
Gstar Rhyno
Champ Roc3
Z Wasp
Bio Thief
Pinnacle Rival
Gstar Firebird
Champ Firebird (those get out of trouble shots)
Star Tern
Champ Tern
