I use a seasoned P-PD or Pro Vulvan. Noodle arms unite!!
Discraft needs something in between the Nuke and NukeOS...perhaps the ESP NukeOS will be less stable/glide more and be that disc. I've heard their pros complain about this gap in the lineup. For some reason Nukes don't seem to hardly ever come out with more HSS (only ones I've thrown were lightweight purple).
I tried out a Rampage for those windy days but it was too much disc for me, I guess, and I don't like the feel of super wide-rimmed drivers. The Flow and similar speed discs are about the widest that's still felt comfortable in my hand. Anybody have suggestions here? I use a 150 S-PD as a workhorse control driver... Definitely not great in the wind. Would a heavier one or C-PD fill that slot decently?

Like I said in my post, I use a Starfire. It really shines into a headwind.
