Plotter in the Tampa Bay area???

Does anyone have or know anyone in the Tampa/St Pete/Clearwater area that has a plotter? I have a couple ideas (including a portrait of my son who turns 1 years old soon and has been accompanying me in my new obsession for 1/2 his life) that I would love to put on discs. I'm willing to pay money, or work out some other trade/barter.

Why do they have to be in Tampa? There are a few guys (including myself, shameless plug) that cut and mail stencils.
