do u sleep on that mattress worth of discs?

aviars > all ... and that is just plain sick tim .. thanks for the porn tho.. doesnt get much better than that

The Aviar is one of those things. It was Innova's third disc. It has been out for about 25 years, basically as long as there has been beveled-edged discs. It's still on the short list of best putters on the market. It's stood the test of time. It's hands-down the best putter made by the company that is by far the #1 disc manufacturer in terms of sales. There is no way to prove it, but it has to be the best selling disc of all time.

I could believe it has to be the best selling disc of all time since its public debut. I am still skeptical on whether or not to get one. Is there any other reasons compared to other discs/companies like discraft or Lat64.

The only other disc that I could think of that could come close to or surpass the sales of the Aviar would be the Roc.

I fell in love with Aviars a few years ago. I had an old 4 chain Magnet that was ok, but found that for both short and long putts and non-windy approaches, they have very consistent stable flight, great glide, and keep their stability a long time unless your knockin' trees all the time. I use the Rhynos for windy day/hyzer/longer approaches, but otherwise the Aviar is my go to disc.

Ian, I'm hoping a certain someone on here posts his 10x collection someday. It's at 31 I believe and makes mine look pretty small by comparison! :)

I've got 2 gorgeous 150 class DX Aviars!!!!

hehehe

oh? you say they aren't special? hmmm
well then

moving on

Yeah who doesn't love aviars with less glide, less stability, and less consistency

depends on how you are comparing them. The Challenger is modeled after the KC Aviar. It may have a touch less glide, but that is negligible, and I don't include crystal challengers... those are glideless OAT monsters.

Warlock, Wizard, consistency issues or silly production philosophy? I'm beginning to think that Gateway actually has a good production process its just their production philosophy is certainly odd. And btw, when production issues/consistency issues come to mind I tend to think Innova first... then gateway.
