22-25 seems high imo for that Tank considering it looks like it was buried alive and came back to life.
15 is more appropriate imo

I had an exp1 almost exactly like that one Jeff but my disc had ink and was 7/10. I was able to sell it for 15 in December. I would be willing to venture 20 plus as a ball park semi educated guess.
