Whats in your bag 2007

Still going strong with

174g SOLF
178g Z Wasp
166g QMS
171g Omega SS

I'm thinking of throwing into the mix a 167g JLS and possibly a dog-chewed Beast--unknown weight--for a few backhand-only rounds.

I've taken the Whitler out since it's so big and my car is in the shop. Having to carry everything for my day in a backpack and then riding my bike has definitely honed my disc minimalism.

Why don't you just get a Q-Sentinel and make it a clean sweep? :) It's one of my favorite discs.

I guess I'll post my bag now.

Star Starfires x3 167, 170, & 172
Star Firebird x4 167,170,172,172
Champ TeeRexX x2 171, 175
KC Pro Rocs x3 177, 179, 180
Omega SS x3 175, 177,177

I use the firebirds for my headwind drivers and the starfires for those longer headwind shots. I use the TeeRexX for my long tailwind drives.

...the tsunami is too heavy for what I want to do with it... I picked up a light FLX pred and it feels sweet... do they eventually beat in and get straighter?
IT will, but it will take a while. A long while. i have an ESP Pred that I've been carrying for about 6 months and it has only lost a tick of it's lss. If you want something that will beat in to a straight/predictable flier faster, maybe pick up an X Predator. Super Sweet!

Posting the contents of my disc golf bag again due to some changes. Comments are welcome. I throw both backhand and forehand with some overhand shots mixed in.

Putters:

2 - SSS Wizards 175g (main putters)
1- Star Aviar Driver 175g (Short tee shots and approach shots inside 200 feet or so)

Midranges:

1 - KC Pro Roc 174ish (overstable midrange shots)
1 - Bottom Stamped DX Roc 174g (straight to turnover shots)

Drivers:

1 - DX cheetah 172g (backhand turnover shots. Not used that much but is kind of handy at times.)
1 - Champion Eagle 174g (control/fairway driver, backhand and forehand)
1 - Star Orc 174g (main driver, backhand and forehand)
1 - Champion Monster 175g (major overstable disc that is mostly used in some trouble spots)
1 - Beat Pro Wraith 172g (overhand shots, occasional rollers, and other trick shots)
1 - Star TeeBird 175g (seems to just be taking up space in my bag and doesn't really ever get used. Guess it could be considered a back up disc if I lose the Eagle or Orc)

Yah, I think I carry a few just because I can't leave 'em in the box - I also swap 'em out regularly so everybody gets a chance to "play". It's so much fun to throw them all. Not to mention every time you change your form, you have to pull 'em all out again and see if anything flies better now....

I'm working on finding that driver that just works for me. That "go to" driver.

175g Champ Teebird - newer
175g Champ Teebird - beat
175g Champ Orc
