Why does the PDGA think I'm a woman?

No this isn't another pro/anti trans debate thread. I just renewed for this year, thinking about playing in some tournaments for the first time in over 10 years. If I go to my PDGA page (Thomas Little #41085) it says I played in advanced women in 2012?! What the heck is going on here?

Looks like Carrie Ricketts used the same PDGA number to register as yours (not sure how it duplicates). Carrie won US Womens Rec AM division back in 2009 but it doesn't look like she still has an active PDGA account to research further.

Edit: Looks like Carrie's PDGA number is #41058, so either a fat finger by her when she entered the event, or by the staff entering information.

So if I enter with her PDGA number can I play in am women's? :devilish:

I mean I remember sucking but not 844 rated sucking! I was like hovering around 900 at that time, THANKS CARRIE! :ROFLMAO:

Yeah all her below 800 rated rounds got put on me just as I suspected lololol

And yes there was a DGCR PDGA tournament in 2011 that you all missed!

Email or call the PDGA, they will fix it for you. I have had them add my PDGA number to tournament that are listed BEFORE I got my number. That is actually one reason my account says I became a member in 88 instead of 90.

SO many PDGA tournaments I played back in those days are not listed. Those numbers were lost years ago.

Hey, I just realized I played in that Soduku Showdown with you in 2012. Somehow I got 9th, lol.

I fat-fingered a few TD reports, back before online registrations became the norm. Was once surprised to see a player from Japan had played our little C-tier in South Carolina, and wondered how I missed him at the actual event.

Well, he WAS pretty short. I'll bet you just overlooked him. 😛
