And it was dismissed, even. Exit, stage left.

What large events has this been used to film? I'd like to see a link, think it would be cool to check out.
See you do not even want to discuss, you just want to insult. I have told you this has been used to film large events, which you doubt it has the capabilities to do. We get it you think you are king sh!t when it comes to cameras so you have to prove your "lens" is bigger than everyone elses.
Does this technology have the potential for live broadcasts or the ability to zoom in? Although very cool, the Perkerson video still had a problem following the entire flight of the disc.
And yes, I know it was raw, unedited footage and that a second camera would greatly alleviate this issue.
I don't really know anything about it, but based on some of the useful stuff in this thread I would assume that the technological issues would be with the 'copter and the life of the batteries and increases in ambient noise.
But I don't know. It bears repeating. I don't know.
I'm not insulting you, I never said the first thing to you. You picked a bone with me if you'll read the thread back. My "lens" size has nothing to do with this. It's a simple principle - I opine about what I know, and I listen to those more knowledgeable on what I don't. I'm proud that you and New have seen this device...I've seen the Blue Angels multiple times, but that doesn't make me a pilot.
I think it's funny that you're upset and want to play martyr when called out...but you ganged up on me in the first place. I had no beef with you until you started some.

I will always defend new013 no mater how big of a troll he is.
Wind from the mikrocopter is another potential issue. If you watch carefully, you can also see the mikrocopter blow up some leaves off the ground. Happens at 0:50, 1:25, and then at 2:00 as it's flying back along the creek.
They actually used the mikrocopter to blow leaves off of the teepad they're throwing from at 1:30.
It appears that the unmanned aerial vehicle industry is about to take off.
Why didn't they try to film the disc in flight. They didn't need that copter to film that.
I was hoping to watch the disc fly in the air underneath the camera.
Kinda like this skateboard video
I think how they made the above video is really cool
You said I was ignorant and I need to go back to prerubing people, how is that not saying the first thing to me?
I also understand not naming these events hurts my credibility, but I am not allowed to talk about specifics.
I am sure your knowledge of cinematography dwarfs mine, but I will keep trying to make my point and I will always defend new013 no mater how big of a troll he is.
