Well here we go..

There's been a crap load of threads talking about this backpack and that backpack, this one has more room that one's better for big guys and this one has more pockets etc.

Let's put everything all on the table and crown a champ...

Now before you vote let's try to take everything take into consideration:

- Price / Value
- Quality / Materials Used
- Disc Storage
- Storage / Pockets
- Comfort
- Warranty
- Customer Service

The Biggest Bang For Your Buck Backpack is

If you choose "Other or D.I.Y." please let us know what bag your talkin about...

Thanx, KB

I have a revo dual pack. I have a few buddies with the grip bag. The gorilla boy simian blows them.out of the water. Better quality, more storage, built in stool, umbrella holder. Simian is the best

I love my simian, traded in a dual pack and a fade tourney for it and would never go back.

Best Materials. Ballistic Nylon and Kevlar thread
No increase in cost for different colors of production run
Lighter than Grip, Prodiscus and Golf Mahal. I own them all
$200 is cheaper than any color grip, golf mahal and prodiscus

Can't beat it IMO

I love my Grip. Comfort and capacity are perfect for my needs. Even if they are everywhere, it's still just disc golf. A lot of us throw the same discs, too, and that isn't considered trendy.

For me the Grip bag just works. The bag is made of quality material, it's very comfy, everything is easily accessed, it's warranted for life and has plenty of storage. To me it was designed to be a disc golf bag, not a backpack retro fitted to be one. And it looks damn fine. When I'm not using it as a disc golf bag, it turns into my lunch box for work because I'm a cheap S.O.B. I've even used it for school a couple times. great bag and well designed.

I'm dumb, ignore me. Lololol

Had a grip, didn't feel right on my back. I sold it for 150 after 2 months of use. It's a solid bag, just not for me. I wanted a simian, but after the grip, I don't think I'll be getting another backpack style.

Best is really subjective. Everyone has their own needs. I chose the grip. Warranty, build quality etc.

If I played more tourneys I'd grab a simian in a heartbeat. That bag is under rated!!! Wake up!!!

Pro d is nice too. Physical flight. Etc... Clearly has fans. Check them all out they are great for everyone selection is great.

I own a grip I voted simian!!! Gorilla boy for the win!!!

Oh yeah haha packers go home!!!

I have the cabellas bag. I have played a round carrying a grip as well as a round with a simian. If I had unlimited funds I would have a simian in a heart beat. The chair is awesome, everything on it is well thought out. The grip is amazing. It's like a designer bag. No complaints at all. I got the cabellas bag because for the price of the other bags I bought my bag and a 160 dollar pair of Merrills that keep my feet happy too. The cabellas is comfy, sturdy, works great, it's just not as refined as the grip.

I do really like the physical flight bag too though I've just never seen one.

My vote might seem odd coming from someone like me because I don't play in leagues nor in tourneys. I have very little if any disposable income each month (I'm a teacher with a stay at home wife). I just love to play disc golf especially when my wife and baby come to the course with me. And my bag is the Mahal.

It will be my bag for life. I feel comfortable that the company will be around to honor the warranty. I can make it big or small depending on how much stuff I am taking (especially useful if I am taking the baby and her stuff). It is obviously high quality. It feels GREAT on my aging and sometimes troublesome back.

But honestly, one could not go wrong with many of the bags listed in the poll.

Only one backpack listed there (currently), so... I think you'll figure out which one I mean. :)

Ditto all that, including the bold part.

Simian hands down

New run flaks are built like a tank, in the US of A, now have a lifetime warranty, great customer service. Optimal storage space AND are only $180. Realistically, they'll all be great.

Simian please. Great quality, super comfortable, perfect size for my disc and equipment loadout, not too expensive, light, convenient umbrella straps, and above all, it's a seat that works on nearly any terrain.

Golf Mahal due to the quality. I own or have owned The Grip, Prodiscus, GB, Revo, Phenix, Voodoo, and Lat 64. None of these even comes close to the quality material put into this bag. Now if we are talking design, I'd have to go with the Grip. Very well thought out design. If I could fit 3 to 4 more discs in this bag. It would be my #1 choice.
The Voodoo would be next up. IMO it's the best design for a bag style and made of quality material, but I'm into backpack style bags at this time.
The GB, Prodiscus, and Lat are the also rans for me. Their quality is just OK. GB is dead last for me. Their material is of good quality, but the fit and finish looks like something my daughter would make for me on Fathers day. Heck I might even take the ceramic coffee cup over this bag :) I already had a zipper fail on my Prodiscus bag, but even Mahal owners would say "this bag is HUGE" If they only spent a little more $ on Cordura and better zippers. This bag would be a front runner for sure. The Lats another huge bag, but the material is suspect.
