Yeah I used to use KC Aviars exclusively, but I've been trying to branch out as I've never really tried that many different putters. Plus I'm not a big fan of they way they feel in my hands, I don't feel like I get any snap at all when throwing them. I did get a Star Aviar Driver, Same mold as the KC Pro's, that seems to stick better, but I have the same problems with it as I do the KC Pro. I have a really soft Vibram Summit coming to me in the mail.

The course I play the most is a very short course, Horizons Park in Winston Salem. I play it almost exclusively with mids and putters unless the wind in which case I'll use a fairway driver. Basically every hole is an ace run. The "problem" I'm having is that since I've been getting better form, I've been getting bigger skips with mid ranges. I feel like I can play most of the holes now with a putter, if I just find something I like.
That's what I was afraid of. Hers naturally look like those french nails. I don't want her to have to cut em, but I enjoy her playing the game whith me. I'm sure it will all sort itself out this summer. Thanks for your opinion.
Do you have to cut your nails back to play?
I've been getting my wife into the game a little more, but she has natural long nails. I have no idea how she is ever supposed to be able to do a power grip with those things.
How could I forget Diane? I was thinking of Sherri, who we played with a couple of days previous. Diane and Stan were both awesome, got to play with both. Our best player and Stan shot a -1 on the Angry Beaver. Trip was fantastic as a whole. We'll hook up with you next year.
    I'd bet you would...I'd bet you would....:|

    :)
Yeah, Diane is super nice. She and I were doubles partners on Angry Beaver. I loved the constant elevation in NC (and KY), but some of the courses seemed to rely almost too heavily on it (not too much of a fault).
Hehe, I see your new thread. I'd have told them to take a hike, and then gotten a TD on their asses. But it's things like that incident (amongst many other things) that have me TOTALLY uninterested in joining the tourney scene.

Sorry we missed you, plans were changing from day to day due to weather (we missed Sugaree and Black Jack both due to weather), and we would have been tired, gross, and all "P"-slathered up by the point we would've met you. ;)

Did get to shoot a round of doubles with Stan and Diane McDaniel (Diane said she knew you).

I guess we also got to meet Sarah Stanhope, but I really didn't know who it was.

    Maybe next year, Sue! :)
Thanks! I am kind of salty towards tourney play, I'm a 20 year player that still prefers solo rec rounds to anything else. I love the handle btw, my buddy always accuses me of nicing him into trees, which of course makes me nice him even more :)
Sue, sorry to say Fox Chase is out; it was developing into a day trip to play it, with a lot of travel time and then a car situation got in there too. Perhaps you could join us for the Yadkinville area day?
Oh yeah, the Soft Ion was the flagship of my discing down regimen, it really taught me how to throw well. I really like the Softs way better than the Mediums. The Mediums I just like for putting and some hyzers. It's funny you mention that, I offered to meet up with that Mr. America guy to help work out his form. If all goes well, maybe I should be charging people. ;)
Yeah, totally seems "placebo effect" when you look at it. Putting it on, I was still skeptical, until I could throw a full round without it hurting, take it off, and it'd hurt. Then, after wearing it for a while, the difference in bh was GREAT! :)

(Also, please reply to my pm re: patches, yea! :))
You were right! When I took off the elbow brace, my BH form was MUCH better. I was actually tossing my tbird really well on Sunday.
