Us not being aware of does not equal it not existing. A quick google search reveals it was discovered in the 1600s. (Around when microscopes were invented) I would assume it has been around longer than that.

Fun course that should satisfy disc golf cravings on a daily basis. I'd categorize the course as park style and is mostly open with pockets of woods and brush that define that fairways and force almost every teeshot to be on a specific line for the basket to be reached. The actual fairway...

Surprised in a positive way. Reading some past reviews, I wasn't expecting too much from Covenent, but having time play a third course in Greenville, I decided to give it a shot. There is solid variety here for a short course, with one really nice bomber as well as some technical holes...
I mean I guess not. Buuut it's not like you actually get anything for marking lots of courses played. It just seems pretty weak to just mark random courses and insulting to people that contribute to the site. not even doubting that's he's played that many. Why can't he just mark the correct ones?
I mean, props for getting that many courses played, but that's pretty weak. Seriously, take the time to figure out what courses you played. It's not that hard. If you don't care enough to do that, well then you don't care enough about leaving a record of it.

as far as i can tell, there are not a lot of large existing public parks. Also a ton of growth in housing over the past decade means the new park space is being put in the outskirts of raleigh in the commuter suburbs. A whole bunch of new courses just outside raleigh.
