    Scott Stokley on tour 2022

This is a thing I think he knows and maybe not a lot of people do. While he might be going "on tour", I doubt he gets to play in even half of the elite level events put on by the DGPT due to tiered registration. He will get lucky on a few of those events that people skip but I see Stokley...

The Inevitable 2022 Pros Switching Sponsors Thread

While this seems like a huge cut to the Prodigy, they still have a ton of heavy-hitting young players such as Burr, Alden Harris, Ezra Robinson, and Heather Young. I'd imagine they are trying to build those players up in an effort to secure them as they take over the sport in the next 5-15...

The Inevitable 2022 Pros Switching Sponsors Thread

He has a prodigy contract and is wander disc golfs prize player. He not only has a bright future but is a 2x Junior world champion with 10+ stroke wins each time, meaning his past is gleaming. I can assure you, he will stick with it, and will be one of the best MPO players around at some point...

Do fans pay to watch major tournaments in person?

The memorial was dropped because there are more and more gym bros and retirees walking the fairways every single day. It's a legit issue to throw plastic at Vista at peak time during the weekend.

Weren't Paul and Brodie the financial force behind the purchasing of Flight Club or whatever "brand" they purchased?

    2021 St. Louis Open

Coming down from Iowa for the week. Seeing Dead and CO on Wednesday and then tournament shenanigans the rest of the week. Super stoked, thank you for making this happen!

    Brodie Smith PDGA #128378

Pretty funny how nobody wants to come in and drop Brodie's recent puke tweet but immediately wants to talk about his next feature card get. Brodie fans are insufferable, just like him.

Thank you for posting this. What a giant (literally) baby.

    Brodie Smith PDGA #128378

The mission was clearly to buy some goodwill with his new sport. It was a very, very nice gesture and needed apparently but there is NO WAY IN HELL Brodie pays that much with a stipulation saying that he can't post about it on social media. He did it for the publicity, which is a smart move...

    Jumping in the deep end

Great courses. Played that event last year and it's a BEAST. Have fun

    Drug Testing?

You know they make tests that show exactly how much MG is in your system at a given time right? Tests are a bit more expansive than the ones you are talking about. Sure a lot more money per unit, but let's not act like there are ZERO ways to tell if a person smoked 2,6 or 12 hours ago, because...

    Brodie Smith PDGA #128378

Brodie's entire Twitter feed is absolutely cringeworthy. I feel bad for him while i'm reading it. He doesn't actually think people are going to listen to what he is saying and implement changes immediately right? How do real disc golfers align with a guy who joins the sport and does nothing but...

    Fast-Filling Events

That is up to you but the guy I know that hosts them has such a great relationship with the parks dept that they don't even charge him if he isn't "planning" on having X amount of people. With a regular tournament you know exactly how many participants are going to be there, with flex starts...

    Fast-Filling Events

Pick your own group yes. I'd like to think stuff like that is minimal within our sport and can be observed by other cards or the TD on digital scoring. It is one of the downfalls but in the end, it's a one-round C tier.

    Fast-Filling Events

Flex starts. Run more flex starts surrounding fast filling events. They require zero prep, zero player packs, and TD just sits back and collects cash and checks players in. There is a TD in CO that runs 5-10 flex a year, does nothing, and gets 20 bucks a pop at 100-150 people.*He literally does...

The Inevitable 2021 Pros Switching Sponsors Thread

These companies have increased production by something like 10x and they still cannot keep up. I've been told "there are no words to accurately describe the increase in demand over the last year" not only are they challenged with keeping up with old stock but expanding to meet current demands...

The Inevitable 2021 Pros Switching Sponsors Thread

Perkins was the only player hustling discs out of his van after NWA Open in November. The guy is super approachable and super nice. Not surprised at all DM kept him on. Good for him, showing players that working hard outside of disc golf is still very beneficial for yourself as a player.

Review by Norvelljeff in course Airborn Disc Golf - Lynx

4.50 star(s) Another winner in MN Lush greens, wide open fairways, clear footing, what else could a disc golfer ask for? I'll tell you, a burger and fries, which can also be attained at this disc golf course! Wow-what a place, you go and check-in, pay some cashola, and boom, it's tour time baby. The views...
