It's not that my fiancee dislikes discgolf, she dislikes me having fun.

omg that was so funny I almost wet myself. way to go hedfan1
I personally don't throw plastic with my man. I've thrown a couple of putts here and there but that's about it. Having said that, I fully support my man's addiction to golf. He plays most everyday and on the weekends. I will usually go with him on the weekends. It gets me out of the house, I get to take a nature walk in the woods witout having to drive out to the mountains. I get to hang out with some really awesome people (who usually don't mind when I sh*t talk with everyone). We take my dog when we go out and everyone seems to love seeing him. I've had people come from across the course to greet my dog. Damn dog has more friends than I do!!! I will ocassionaly buy him DG stuff but not usually discs because I don't really know what he prefers to throw and I don't want to buy him something that he won't end up using. For his birthday I paid for him to enter a tourney. So yeah, I think I do support his habit!!
To you guys that have SO's that don't support ya, how do you deal with it?? I personally couldn't be with someone who didn't atleast accept that I have different interests than them. You can't spend every moment of your day with them, everyone needs some away time. As long as you ain't saying your golfing when you are really out with another woman (or man, whatever you prefer), who cares what you do with your time??? I figure it this way, my man is a grown up. It is not my place to tell him what he can and can't do, I ain't his mother. If he wants to spend his day golfing, then have at it. I don't have to worry about him sneaking around behind my back to do anything. All I ask is that he calls me and lets me know that he is still alive.

If only every woman had that kind of perspective. This is assuming that the guy has his priorities straight, and is managing other things well. (also assuming a guy/girl relationship )
I would have to say no she does not. Mainly because the only reason I don't have to listen to her b1tch1ng me out as I drive to a tournament is because I have to leave earlier than she wakes up. The way home is another story, and before you say it, if I didn't answer my phone I best be finding a place to hide out for a while. Hell hath no fury like a woman scorned and for some reason she just hates every single thing about discgolf. I'm thinking I need to buy a safe for my discs or they may end up gone if I ever go to another two day tournament again.
I work with all women. Being a young, good looking guy they give me a hard time about always being single. I know my only chance for a lasting relationship is to be with a disc girl.

I think guy girl is a little off the mark. Just a vibe.If only every woman had that kind of perspective. This is assuming that the guy has his priorities straight, and is managing other things well. (also assuming a guy/girl relationship )
