Minimizing tournament bag

I try and use a minimal amount of discs no matter what. I've taken out my 3 longest drivers for both rec and tourney rounds. I've gone back to my starter bag (innova) and use about 7 or 8 now.

It wasn't a tournament, but I took just my 3 Rocs out to my home course yesterday (with a putter) and shot the best round I've ever shot there (-10). Minimizing definitely works. I use a Kong, but I just bought a Silverback for this reason...to force myself into mold minimization.

D/DX plastic is a waste of money.

WOW! Really? Why have you waited so long to tell me?

I didn't realize the beat 161g DX Teebird that I have been bombing in tailwinds was a waste of $4 (shipping included). Too bad you weren't there to tell me this before I bought it in the Marketplace.

Thanks for posting your brilliant insight. You're a genius!

Plus, it rarely rains in Arizona. No need really.

However, the thousands of members and lurkers who read will this thread, and don't live in a desert climate, could benefit from having such a disc in the bag.
