Hey, there's the new Chief out now which is basically a low profile Wizard. From all accounts and how I've seen mine fly so far it's a great Slightly OS low profile putter.
Also classic rocs, all the classic rocs.
Think somebody mentioned it already, but dear lord sidewinders. I drive basically all FH thanks to those lovely discs. My champ sidewinder probably sees more work off the tee than all the rest of my high speed drivers put together, and my DX is great for annys, hyzer flips that'll finish left...
All of the mids, but if I could only pick a few it'd probably be
Zero Hard Mace - Super stiff, feels so good flicking it, and FH it will just fly forever and gently drop off right at the very end of the flight.
Gateway Scout - I know, gateway, but if you like shallower rims gateway has a great...
Basically gonna parrot what everyone else has already said. Anywho, PD's are a good main stable/OS driver, lots of people on here use it as their main (or only) driver because going from new C-PD's to Beat up P-PD's you can cover just about every non-utility shot there is. People often call it a...
Firstly finding a grip that works for you is important, sticking with it once you decide on something is REALLY important. When you're constantly changing grips it changes how you throw and you can't build any consistency, so pick the one that seems least stressful/easiest and don't change for a...
Orc is good, don't get rid of it or stop throwing it by any means.
Wraith will be a little faster, drives forward well and is solid in all 4 plastics it's made in. Champ is nice and OS, Star solidly stable, Pro/DX have some turn and still keep the fade new yet beat into nice neutral/understable...
X-Cal is out for now, haven't thrown it in ages
Drivers:
167 Star Tee-Devil (New) - Max D
172 N Shock (New) - Overstable Driver
170 Champ Viking (Broken in) - Main/Stable Driver
172 Champ Sidewinder (Broken in) - N/US Driver, loving this thing so far
171 DX Sidewinder (Broken in) - US Driver...
I usually do this if I'm having a real rough day through some holes, switching to something outside of my usual putters like my Skeeter or some other mid helps me stop overthinking everything and just throw it at the chains. I've known a couple people who use mids like rocs/buzzes. I hesitate to...
Yeah the Apache I'm not really sure on 100%. I haven't gotten the 3 gateway discs just yet (just ordered them), and if it ends up being that long I'm sure there'll be some overlap there. I know the rim size is that of a 9 speed, but I've heard the bead slows it down, doesn't quite fly like a...
Lat 64 Diamond, and if she's really struggling starting out, grab a buzz SS or comet depending on if she likes the feel of beaded discs or not. You can also just start with putters too, no reason not to, but most people never seem to actually want to do that (myself included) so those are my...
Some updates due to lost/Changing Discs. Red is gone/removed, blue is new.
Drivers:
175 Champ X-Cal (Newish) - Big Flex/Meathook Removed for now, Shock has taken over hard fade duties and I haven't thrown it in 3 rounds. Just not playing courses that need the super long super flexy shot right...
OK so I won't make this super long or anything, but I'm looking for a cheap filler/see if I like it disc to pair with my mid 160's X-Cyclone until/after I grab a max weight ESP-Cyclone (Getting it custom stamped, don't quite wanna spend the $$ for it just yet).
Marshall Street has X-Out HPP...
Seems like a solid bag, everything covered besides the hyzerflip/US slot in your drivers. I'm a fan of sidewinders, not so US as a Roadrunner or some other utility disc, but still super easy to throw.
Just throw a neutral putter BH
Or just as easily you could just flick something like a Wizard/Ion/Challenger/BBAviar or if it's a real hard right turn a Zone/Rhino/Pig/Etc at it and get all dem skip aces.
Hammer pound seems like what I'm looking for. The other videos are nice, but I don't really need advice to use grips/weight shift/etc, looking more for drills to help perfect those aspects of the throw. Hammer pound does look like it's a good drill for working on the snap/hit for FH, really what...
