    Moving to Raleigh

That's pretty sweet to hear. I wonder if they need any help or if it's all covered.

    Moving to Raleigh

That would be sweet, and a first for me as well. I play with a Stoke City fan currently, never met another one yet. Sounds good. I would love to potentially be involved in an active club.

    Moving to Raleigh

Thanks I appreciate all the info!! Definitely have some new stuff to look into. I was never able to make it down to Buckhorn and didn't realize UNC has one of the nicer courses in the area until I left :wall::wall: Gotta make up for lost time,.

    Moving to Raleigh

I will be moving to raleigh in February and am super excited. I have been there several times and am familiar with a few courses (cedar hills, kentwood, centennial ((yuck)), and middle creek. I will be in northwest raleigh but I was mainly curious if there are any new courses that have popped...

    [Axiom] Axioms Color Theory.

Gotcha, well that's not too surprising but there are certainly color combos I'm not buying Where do you sell at? Online?

    [Axiom] Axioms Color Theory.

I forget what the theory is called but it goes like this: If someone walks into an "axiom" icecream store and there are 100 different flavors it will take them a long time to decide. In addition, as this was thoroughly discussed in the premium plastic thread, it costs the store a lot of money...

    [MVP] MVP Ion?

My understanding was there were certain color combinations rim/plate from Axiom that just weren't selling and MST was having trouble pushing the product. MVP limits to black rims unless eclipse. I am excited to get my hands on a new e ion so I can beat it into my understable putter

    public course

I wouldn't picnic in a baseball field (during a baseball game) simply because that was the most appealing location. That being said, the park I disc golf at has regular dog walkers and some people who like to jog/walk through the park and course...I have no issue letting them move through for a...

[MVP] MVP Disc Sports (Official Thread) (Part III)

I'd love to try out some mvp/axiom fairways and use the volt as my longer distance driver. That being said I was absolutely surprised with how far and controllable my ions were so now I am building my bag from the ground up. So far... Ions... Now to mids..

    Trying to work on form.

I had some timing issues and realized my x step was too big. When you get it right (at least for me) I could feel my hips and back pulling my arm forward.. Once my disc reached back my right foot planted and it feels like a sling shot. When i screw it up, I feel myself using all my arm and...

    Putter Rounds

If that's the case then I'd highly recommend figuring it out. Putters shouldn't be turning and burning. It's hugely beneficial.

    Putter Rounds

Man, I went and played a couple putter only rounds for the first time in a while. I knew I had needed to do this desperately as my form has been slowly deteriorating but I don't as actually shocked at how much I could accomplish with just an ion. I think I'm going to play putter only for a few...

Free disc fun.. MVP distance driver xmas giveaway

Picked up an ion (first mvp disc ever) and it has become my most thrown disc. Ever since then I've been trying to get my hands on more and more mvp. Love the way it flies

    [Axiom] Axiom for $9.99

You could be on to something here. It is always funny to me how people think more is better. Sometimes sure, but in this case yes I would certainly not buy particular axiom discs simply because of color combo.

    [Axiom] Axiom for $9.99

Found a crave I wanted and hit refresh and boom...it was gone. bummer. Guess I will wait to find it again.

    Throwing Discs on Pavement/Parking Lots

The only time I've ever done this is when I bought a new disc that was supposed to be fairly straight with a tad bit of turn but it was way too stable. I could hardly get it to fly straight so for one round everytime I would get ready to throw I would backhand it flat on the tee-pad to scuff...

    "Discing Down"

Yes and yes. When I disced down, like you're doing now, I went to the store and picked up 2 putters and a midrange. 1 putter was my putting putter and the other was my driving putter. I ended up with a buzz and 2 wizards. I spend a month with those three discs and slowly introduced more discs...

    [Discraft] Signature putter?

That was my beef with the challenger and why I ultimately sought out a new putter. Soft X was way to floppy, Pro D beats way too quick and the FLX is just as floppy as soft X in most cases. I would have loved for a Star or firm X challenger.

Thanks brotherDave, I read it all and it makes good sense :)

    [Mids] Rethinking mids

I guess I should rephrase a bit. The nutsac I carry has all the shots I need for my home course minus maybe one specific shot. Secondly if I did carry 20 discs i would certainly carry multiples of molds but by can't justify, I meant more of... Can't afford.
