inbounds Disc Golf Flight Chart Updates

UB Disc Golf Procul added to the inFlight Guide!

UB Disc Golf Procul added!

From UB Disc Golf:
The Procul is the first mold to come from UB Hand Candy, we have come to describe this disc at fast, high speed understable, low speed stable. Great for the 250-325 ft throwers looking for a stable finish, more powerful throwers will find this disc to be a great hyzer-flip disc.

Yup. Based on this data, we would agree.

As with all flight charts, it is entirely possible that the flight path may change as additional flight data becomes available.

Innova Nova Added to the inFlight Guide

Innova Discs Nova added!

Strrrrrrraight would be a good way to describe the flight. This is preliminary manufacturer data, so we won't get the full picture of the true flight path for a little while, but this is certainly a good place to start.

How about the unLace?

It seems odd that the Prometheus is out there while the unLace is not.

It's all about availability of data. As of late last night, we have enough to work with to get the O-Lace and unLace flight charts put together for release later this evening.

New Dynamic Discs Putter Added!

Dynamic Discs Warden added to the inFlight Guide!

According to Dynamic Discs:
The Warden takes everything players love about the Judge and removes the bead to provide additional comfort in the hand. This putter has a very straight flight path and can fly just about any line you want. If you prefer a beadless putter with a straight flight path then the Warden is the putter for you.

7 Discs from 6 Different Manufacturers Added to the inFlight Guide!

DG manufacturers have been busy lately...and so have we!

Four More Added!

West Side just dropped three drivers (including some VERY long bombers):

- World: Distance Driver
- Sorcerer: Distance Driver
- Hatchet: Fairway Driver
- Harp: Putt & Approach

Remember that these are just the preliminary flight charts and the flight ratings are likely to change once additional flight data becomes available.

is it the CH version Tern listed ?
or a combo of the CH and Star plastic flights ?
innova has different flight ratings for the different platics
CH is listed as 12/6/-2/2
Star is listed as 12/6/-4/2

Good question. Our flight ratings are an average of all available data for all available plastic types. So in instances like these, if there are two different ratings from a single data source (e.g. the manufacturer), then those will be averaged before they're aggregated with all the other data sources.

We have a variety of sources that we use that range from manufacturers, retailers, to our own testing team. Not all sources are available for all discs, but with very few exceptions, there are numerous sources available for each disc.

So do you think you guys are going to make an android (and iPhone I guess) app anytime soon? If so, I'd love to be able to designate bagged discs, and then get a grid of speed/distance and stability (like the marshall street guide) of just those discs, so you could see your bag as a whole...maybe toggle between HST, LSF, and Net Stability...
I'm sure you guys have thought about it, but you should quit thinking, and make it happen! :D

It's definitely on our "to do" list. We've been working on another project that we hope to debut early in 2014 that we think you'll like. Stay tuned!

NOTE: These flight charts are preliminary and will likely change somewhat once additional flight data becomes available.

Preliminary flight chart for the Prodigy Disc F5 added!

http://www.inboundsdiscgolf.com/con...7O&id2=5051647&id3=345876O&id4=777921O&n=1139

Here's what Prodigy has to say about their latest fairway driver:

F5 is a high speed , stable to under stable fairway driver. It is designed for all skill levels and flies extremely far and incredibly straight. The F5 will turn up slightly when thrown hard it will go into a long glide before finishing gently to the stable side.

We've got some things in the works in the next few weeks, so keep an eye out for some new disc additions and new features soon!
