Sad baskets

Someone get out to Hyde Park in Chicago... there are about half a dozen on their temp course.

One of them was extremely top-heavy. I went on a day with 30 MPH wind gusts. It was hole 18. It was completely upside down on its head and swaying in the wind. I put it upright. By the time I came around to 18 again it was upside down again. I doubt any random person was out there actively putting it upside down - with wind chill it was below 20 degrees "real feel" out there and just plain miserable in general.
Clute Park, Texas.

I think this was #17. Great course that's well maintained otherwise, so this took me by surprise.
After seeing Three Putt's contributions here I'm starting to think all the Illinois 9 holers have baskets like that, lol.
