Vibram Discs (don't get caught without your rubber)

I may have found someone willing to part with theirs, 175er. What weight is that green one?

Dammit stop renaming threads you capricious moderators...

To demonstrate that it is a summit and that I am not a total liar, here it is next to a VP (profile style)

Just got back from a run in my five fingers... :) vibram as a company makes some pretty kick ass products from what I can tell from my Merrells and my five fingers...I might just have to try these things out!!!! I need a second job... :( :) !!!

My gawd, I hope you were running off road. That would annihilate my feet on pavement. I like playing a round in them, you should try it out Aaron.

Marshall Street Quote

"A great disc if you're in the top 1 percent of players. Unfortunately, almost all of those guys are already sponsored.

For everyone else? You might want to stick with discs that can actually lower your score."

What do they have against the VP

it was me, "2 new vibram putters" didn't seem appropriate seeing as they are not all that new anymore

It is my understanding they do not speak to each other...

and Jason wants nothing to do with Vibram. Sounded to me like he won't be carrying the Summits or future iterations of their designs.

So does this mean the Vibram Open @ Maple Hill is a thing of the past?

Funny thing is, I've been looking for discs that actually lower my score for years. But all I keep finding is me throwin' 'em.

naw man, Steve is the one who runs Maple hill

The Vibram Open and Marshall St have nothing to do with each other, so rest easy. Prime Discs is Steve's shop and like Jesse said, Maple Hill is Steve's course.

The Vibram Open is safe and sound. And Maple Hill may have a couple new tweaks for next year so there should be even more excitement for those of you that follow the video action live online. Vibram is committed to the Vibram Open and is really excited about the future of disc golf.

Jason and I speak very little. We founded Marshall Street and the MSDGC together but our goals were divergent and we parted ways. It started out as an okay separation but has deteriorated over time. The MSDGC is done and we agreed to not run it again unless we do it together, so I started Prime Discs to help fund, market and coordiante the Vibram Open at Maple Hill and two years later here we are.

Now regarding real stuff, the trimming issues have been completely resolved. Aaron Ala even trimmed some and he is just a chemist, albeit a pretty good one.

Lastly, if you are looking for a place to buy a Vibram Disc, I carry them at Prime Discs. You can also get them from any of the Vibram Pinnacle Retailers listed on the Vibram Disc Golf website: http://www.vibramdiscgolf.com/about-us.html
