I'm not sure I would backhand this disc even in a 30+mph headwind, but also haven't tried it yet. Sidearm works great with this disc though. While it's extremely overstable, its the ideal disc for overhead shots. I'd like input from a tom/thumb thrower with this disc.

They're too overstable for my taste, but they're interesting trick shot discs. Pretty close to a Z Xtreme. There's no reason you can't use a mega overstable driver for shorter range approach shots either. Definitely easy to tell where these things are going.

stable as a Z extreme! okay they sound nice and best disc for forehand rollers, thumbers, and heavy winds.

they are pretty great for fh rollers and thumbers, thats about all i use it for. unless im tryin to only go 200' cause thats about as far as i can throw one backhand. i think they have their place even tho theyre crazy OS

Well I have 11x Firebirds and I am very, very excited quality Firebirds are being made once again.

Gonna have to disagree with you. I love Firebirds, they are a staple of my game. I have a new flat one, but I don't love it. In fact, I rarely use it. I'm not a collector and I rarely throw OH shots. Sorry to bust your fantasy bubble.

The newest run that I've handled is as stiff as a block of wood. Soooo overstable it's almost unusable.

Wrong wrong wrong. I throw glow and 11x Firebirds and these are not even close to the same kind of disc. They can't even fly 300ft on a backhand shot! It's STUPID overstable. They might as well use a new name for it. Ultrastable sounds about right.

yeah u don't really throw around the words. more stable than a z extreme!!!.

i like the flat glows and if thrown on a hyzer they are wicked turn and skip discs. also they turn really slow on thumbers.

Do these new light weight fb work well for thumber distance? try it....no disc will turn slower than a z extreme at least i thought that was the case....maybe the opto snowflake XXX.

If you throw it correctly, you can literally thro that glow FB around a left corner and get it to skid 100'
