I bought a can of Chef Boyardee to try this out. I think mine is a left handed version (always dives right). I called the company and asked them if they had one that flew like a Buzzz. I dont think they understood. I looked on the net for almost two seconds. No luck. Does anyone know the answer?
I can't speak for the FD. I pair my OLFs with XLs. They work well together. Right now I am trying out Stags in place of the OLF. I think I am going to switch back to OLFs.
I use the Villain for this role. In a moderate headwind, the Gold Line can develope some turn but will come back. It is also useful when you want a stable/overstable disc and there is no headwind. The Opto won't turn and will fade hard (with or without a headwind).
The Cyclone was THE distance driver when I started. I must have gone through 20 Cactus stamped Tounament Pro Cyclones. The mold is very nostalgic to me. Three Putt is absolutely correct, when the XL and Eagles came out the Cyclone started to fade out. It is still a great mold. They can be used...
My set up is a little different but similar to yours. I carry Zones and Fugitives in different stages of wear. For a while I was carrying a Wasp to complement my Fugitives both I noticed that I would reach for my beat in Pro D Zone for that shot. Eventually I went almost half a summer without...
Well, it had to happen. I pulled the trigger on a new Rebel. The $25 off for Father's Day got me. I will write up a review and compare it to the Shift.
I completely understand. I have already bought a Shift and love it so much I sold my Grip. I am now on the fence about buying a Rebel. I don't carry that many discs but I could use the dividers and store extra stuff. I'm so close to buying...
You could look into the Upper Park Designs Shift. It is a smaller bag that holds about the same amount of discs as your C-15 but has way more storage. With 16 discs in the bag you could put a lot of stuff in the lower main pocket. I had a Grip A-12 and the storage space was equal to the Shift.
The OLF/XL combination works for me. I also like the Eagle Xs. I use to ride with the Eagle X/XL combo which worked great. To me a XL has a similar rim and feel to the Eagle X. The OLF is a disc that I keep going back to. It is a great disc. However it is difficult to find the good ones. It...
I have cycled Predators, Avengers, PDs and OLFs. They all work great. I guess my favorite would be OLFs. I like discs that have a little turn in thier flight. If I don't want the turn, I release with a little more hyzer. I am a XL thrower too. The X XLs cycle great.
The Kong has extra thick material on the bottom. It doesn't need to be rubberized. If you decide to go Gorilla Boy, you will be more than satisfied. I've owned my Silverback for 4 years and it is in great shape.
With that being said, you will be happy with a Voodoo bag. I own a JuJu and it is...
Yesterday my new v4 Shift arrived. I got the black/grey with lime green zippers. It looks super sweet. This is my fist Shift and the only other Shift I have seen is a v1. I haven't played a round with it yet, but here are my first impressions.
It is the perfect size. It is currently holding 19...
My love for (and hoarding) of OLFs has been a true love/hate relationship. They are hard to find and if you order online you never know what you will get. I read somewhere that the 1.1, 1.2, 1.3 naming system got all screwed up after the 1.1s and then Millenium started making new runs and not...
All the MOLFs I have seem to be the same configuration as the late 1.2 QOLFs and 1.3 Sparkle QOLFs. Out of the MOLFs I have two neon yellows and one pink.
In my opinion the wheels went off the bus when the 1.3 SOLFs came out. They had so much dome that it exaggerated the rim slant. No glide. I...
