It's hole 5 and they haven't shown a graphic with the scores yet. I think PB is leading this card? Not sure, but I don't want to check UDiscLive because apparently it's a little ahead of the live video and I don't want to spoil it.
Thanks for posting this. I had no idea snow cover maps were a thing! This is my first winter ever living in a place with real snow, so I wish I had known about this earlier in the season.
Most discraft discs have the mold name embossed on the inside of the rim which gives good grip. I think I read that the checkered pattern on predators is the old patent number which has been crossed out.
I like Paige Pierce, Catrina Allen and Paige Bjerkaas. Among the players that I've seen on the FPO lead cards, they seem to have the best form. Granted, I'm not a form expert, but a lot of the FPO players just don't look athletic when they throw. I will agree though, that PP's putting thing...
I've only thrown the 400g. I have a lightweight one (160g) that I got when I recently started playing again after a 4 year layoff. I'm at high altitude now also, so the discs I used to turn over don't turn as much now. Anyway, I love this disc for flip-up shots, turnover shots, and backhand...
It would be okay without these long pre-produced puff pieces while disc golf is being played. I get that they don't have signal on some of the holes, but at least let us watch hole 17 or the chase card. I would rather have a lower quality production that let me actually watch all the disc golf.
Thats bananas. Makes up for the 4 he got on hole 1. Weird to see him, Ricky, and Paige Pierce all get 4's on hole 1. I assumed that was sort of a gimme for them.
Another 2 hours until video coverage starts :(. They should just have a live feed of a stationary camera on hole 1 so we can see everyone's first tee shot.
Besides the pretty fall colors, what's cool about this photo is that the course didn't burn down. You can see some of the mountain that got burned at the top left, but firefighters stopped it from coming all the way down. Four of my local courses were closed/evacuated because of a big wildfire...
