That course, especially under those conditions, would chew me up and and spit me out.

I play better at Texas States than recent Florida tournaments per my ratings (James Clark 39499 Grandmaster). Well I play at 8am when the wind is calm but it picked up at later holes. Ricky's card started early compare with rest of Open card so he got some advantage of less winds in early holes.
