Not being a fan of FLX either, I've always thought the overmolded rim on the MVP softs made all the difference in the world. You still get all the grip and texture advantages of a soft plastic with the rigidity and power transfer of something more firm.
I have a black core and an orange core soft N Envy... the black actually feels a little more flexy. Wondering if anyone else had a similar observation. One of my black cores even looks a little chalky.
anyone else notice that every light envy is a white core?
My Oreos feel a little softer than the others I received. About to take one of those and a 165 putting Envy out for a 2 disc putter round.
There are more black and white cores overall. I also noticed that the new gray ones got snatched up at MST very quickly.
