[Question] ID a disc or ask "What is the story on this disc...?" - Take II

Yeah all I can say is not an orc, it should have a bead on underside of the wing and more concave.

A Viking is flatter and more symmetrical

My strange putter

I dont know what my putter is. So it has black rim and kinda pink middle section in underside it says patent pending

A profile (side) picture would help us greatly. It's definitely a MVP brand disc however. I'm guessing an Ion.
It's an MVP Ion.

It's a very, very early MVP Ion; the MVP guys will have a cow if they see this and tell you how much money you can sell it for.

Yeah you never know haha might be worth some bucks... the more valuable ones say "cam realty" on the bottom, those are 2nd run, but first major production run. Also look for a textured grip strip on the bottom, about 2" wide from the rim inward.

Then there's a run or so where they retooled and the name is embedded in the black rim.

I'm also guessing there's no writing on the black rim. To sum it up, sure looks like a "medium" Ion from here. Could be an anode.

So if I had an Ion like that, why would that be a good thing? At the time people hated it.

Ha I know right! I was so excited for the new tooling when they started stamping the rim. Much nicer, but it was awesome to throw when there was no other option!

This one will definitely have tooling on the rim. 2nd, 3rd, and 4th gens didn't say patent pending in the middle. This one will be 5th gen or later (late 2011). The tooling on the rim started at 4th gen.

I have an old battered putter (from the 90s?) that only says "Latitude 64, Made in Sweden" on it. I think I bought it second-hand in a shop around year 2000.

Does anyone know the model and even the flight ratings? What year it was designed?

Cheers! :)

Looks like a Sinus as it has the three texture pads. Also if you do a Google image search, you should find a profile that matches it.

I was wondering if someone could help me identify what this roc is exactly. I've had it in my collection for a while and it's been sitting. It is a rancho mold.

Thanks for the help

Ching Ring 'O Rocs. Those were really popular in around 2000-ish time frame.

Any ideas on this PIAS find? Old patent number F2 mid. Not entirely sure the Sharpie on the flight plate is factory penned? Looks like MD but I thought MD's weren't released until like 2015, long after patent numbers had been removed...

Forgot to include a profile of the wing.

I'm thinking now this could actually be a putter? And maybe upside down it's lowercase "av"?

Any help gang lol?!

My bad, I forgot the MD1 and MD were different discs. I'd still say it's an MD though, based on these pictures with patent numbers:
Pic 1, Pic 2.
It seems to be an older run though, probably in the first or second year of its release.

Oh wow very cool. Yeah I didn't realize they were different either. What a sweet find. Can't wait to chuck this thing lol! Thanks a TON for the info...love nerding out on discs lol.

Definitely a Discmania MD. All the ones I've seen have had Pat. #s on them. Should fly like a Mako.
