Classic Review lines

His line "I'm a huge elevation whore" had me laughing, a characteristic I share, and the Lions delivers big time! I'm looking forward to the coverage next week and watch those pro's bomb it.

It's amazing how differently courses with big elevation play from flat courses.

From ray1970 on Cane Creek Park:

Half way through my wife was leading us from home to hole. If you knew her and her ability to navigate anywhere you'd know that speaks volumes to how well the course is marked. :hfive:

(I believe the first sentence should end with "hole to hole".)

It sounds like our wives have the same sense of direction, will have to bring mine along for the test!! :D

Yep. Thanks autocorrect. And thanks to my failing close up vision for not catching it.

Seriously, I was calling my wife my little pathfinder as she would charge away from the basket heading to the next tee just following the signs.

If you ever want to have a serious verbal altercation with my wife just ask her to look at a map and tell you which way you need to turn.

Shallows just dropped this bomb:

"Meadowbrook felt like sneaking down to the Christmas tree on Christmas Eve and shaking each package and right away you know the first one is a sweater, the second is a lego set, and the third is a book. You may be glad to get all three but it's not a Christmas you'll remember."

What kind of lego set are we talking about? Those are not and have never been cheap.

I was so into Brio and Lego as a kid. Sorry about your checking account, Mom.
