My buds and I were at the course today disc...ussing what the "Top 10 Discs of All Time" would be. It seemed like a cool topic.

My top 10;

1. Aviar
2. Roc
3. TeeBird
4. Valkyrie
5. Buzzz
6. Wizard
7. XL
8. Leopard
9. Cyclone
10. Destroyer

This list actually hurts a bit. I throw predominantly Discraft. I can't, however, deny the power and stability of Innova over the years.

So many discs left unmentioned...

I agree that your top 6, as well as maybe #8 belong. After that I couldn't really say...

My top 10:thmbup:

1. Buzz
2. Valkyrie
3. Challenger
4. Destroyer
5. Wraith
6. Ion
7. roadrunner
8. Flick
9. Opto Vision
10.Nuke

why? dont just list 10 discs. say why they are there. why just have another thread filled with lists and my disc is better then yours BS. give some insight and have a real discussion.

I'd say buzzz HAS to be top 5. And u have a leo at 8 and no eagle?

I could name a dozen discs that could have or should have...

Eagle, Gazelle, Surge, Wraith, Wasp, Predator, Stingray, Cobra, Stratus...

Narrowing it to "Your" top ten is the trick.

Here's my guess, and I probably don't throw half of them. This is in no particular order. Just 10 great discs:

Teebird
Roc
Buzzz
Aviar
Wizard
Firebird
Comet
Fuse
Eagle
Predator

Somethings wrong. I didnt see you list The Wheel or The Turbo Putter in there...

1. Aviar (Putt for dough, makes this the 1st putter to earn $$ right?)
2. Roc (often imitated, never duplicated (sorry Wasp throwers)).
3. Eagle-X (slightly more versatile than the Teebird IMO)
4. Teebird (better than the car)
5. Wizard (singlehandedly keeping GDS alive for a reason)
6. Buzzz (the Teebird of midranges)
7. Valk (distance holder supreme)
8. Comet (Not a Roc, but arguably better to many)
9. Ion (pushed the boundaries of what a putter can do)
10. Cyclone (Versatile little bastard)

Honorable Mentions:
Leopard, Predator, QMS, Fuse, River, Wraith, Destroyer, Boss, Firebird, JLS

Shouldn't Coyote make the top 10? :|

I have a list based on votes of the top 10 discs of the year. You can check it out in the last thread I made a while back. ' results - what do you throw? 2011'

Oh boy a list!

Let me play:

1. ???
2. Bullet
3. Any disc with steady eds ashes in it
4. Any disc with anyones ashes in it
5. Perhaps the innova champion kite star 156?
6. ???
7. I have this old putter that I found that I use for my putts it is blue 4/10 and has a worlds biggest disc golf weekend stamp. Is it worth anything (it has a number but should I call?)
8. Probably the discraft buzz z 178 (rocs suck!!)
9. Lightning #45 helix
10. Aerobie rings
