I think Tims really gonna be on board with this. Have a dgcr disc pdga approved as a functional promotional piece for dgcr; the land of trolls... lol

That's a good one.Have to give it a completely useless flight number rating too- like 15/9/13/-7
That's a good one.
How about 9/0/0/1 for a lid, with a stamp like:
I am down for a lid. I agree with the lower profile and no thumbtrack.
Which makes me think, are we ready for a vote on features? Can we put up a poll for a lid and give options for dimensions and whatnot? Say we have 24, 23, 22, 21.5, 20 diameter options along with rim depth options, then maybe a Yes thumbtrack/No thumbtrack option? After we get the dimensions down, I figure we could move on to plastic types, name, then stamp.
Thoughts?
a faction gazelle would be pretty cool.
The AndroC kinda fits that role
It's a very fast midrange tweener that works great for a variety of shots.
I think as far as large scale usability across all members, a polecat style lid would be best. Everyone can use one. Not everyone may "need" one but everyone can use one. Other discs such as a "faster" disc x or a "more stable" disc y are just niche things that may or not have a use with everyone.
Just my 2 cents
The plan for this project would be:
- determined mold design
- fundraise tooling (I have some ideas to make this fun and provide some "ownership" for the contributors)
- produce discs
- sell, enjoy & support DGCR with the profits.
